Client Guideline
1. Scheduling & Booking Guidelines
• Booking Opens: Every 30 days. I do not rush services. Book with a clear schedule. Last client scheduled for 4:30pm
•Payment:Credit Card, Cash and Deposit required! No show(%100 charge), reschedule within 24hrs (%50 )
• Confirmation Booking:Please Follow Steps below
1.NEW CLIENTS : Text me a picture of your hair. BOOK MORNING APPTS
2.ALL CLIENTS : Text me a picture of your desired style.
Failure to do so will result in delay of booking and or cancellation.
• Unlisted Services: Text me at 972-842-0021 with a photo and questions. NO VIDEOS!
• Break Time:unavailable from 2:30 PM–4:30 PM (August–May). Please Note when Booking
• Holidays/Off Day: OFF on Sundays ($80 fee) and holidays ($100 fee).
• Same-Day Requests: No same day request
• Grace Period: 15 minutes. Late fee: $20.
2. Hair Services:
• Hair Provided: Braid hair provided. Crochet, extension, and loc hair are not.
• Hair Prep: Hair must be detangled or a $25+ fee will apply.This is the ONLY requirement for your appointment!
• No Guests: Unless client is a minor , Parent is welcome,but not recommended
