Madam Vibez Hair & Beauty

Service Description

STS Smoothing Treatment is designed to help strengthen and smooth the hair while improving manageability, reducing frizz and creating a softer, more polished finish. This service includes professional hair preparation and treatment application and is customized based on the condition, texture and needs of your hair. A $20 deposit is required to book. Deposits are collected at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

48+ hours before: no fee. 24-48 hours before: 50% fee. Under 24 hours: 100% fee. Reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals get a 15-minute grace period, then a 25% late fee or may be rescheduled if needed. Walk-in Wednesday: Walk-in Wednesday is first come, first serve. Walk-ins are accommodated based on availability around our scheduled clients for that day.
