Service Policy

  • My goal is to provide a therapeutic experience for my clients. 

  • I treat every client with care, time does run over & I will communicate, please BOOK WITH A CLEAR SCHEDULE. I DO NOT RUSH!!!!

  • Hair is provided for braids. You know I got you!

​

  • ALL NEW CLIENTS and/or clients that hasn't came in 6 months must send picture of  YOUR hair AFTER BOOKING ( I will cancel appt) After 24 hrs

​

  • Please SEND PHOTO of what style you desire After BOOKING, I will not do last minute changes. Last miunte changes will cost either a cancellation or inconvenient fee! 

​

  • If you do not see what you are looking for, feel free to txt 972-842-0021 with a picture and questions. I will  contact you within 24hrs of request)

​

  • Monday & Sunday are  VIP DAY, an additional $75 will be added if you choose to book that day, due to me being OFF! If you contact me on my off days, I will contact you during business hours.

  •  Times do run into my break from 2 to 4:30

​

  • I understand that things happen so I do give clients a 15 minute grace period. PLEASE be ON TIME. 

​

  • After 15 minutes there's a late fee applied. 

​

  • There's  a TAX processing  fee  of 4% that will be added at checkout. 

​

  • Deposit will be requested during MOST checkout. Remaining balance is CC POS. Zelle is available if CC isn't working.

  • I LOVE COMMUNICATION!! If you don’t see something or know of a service I offer. Please ask. I am here to meet your haircare needs...

​

  • If you have your own accessories they are welcomed as well but there is a fee for me to put them on. Adding  accessories can take anywhere from 10-45 extra minutes.  

  • If you do not select shampoo and blowout as an add on service, please have hair blown out with NO braids or ponytail. ( THIS IS FOR BRAID CLIENTS ONLY)

  • ALL NATURAL HAIRSTYLES COMES WITH SHAMPOO TREATMENT​

​

  • NO extra guest!!!! Unless its for minor, disable, etc that may need assistance. I have waiting area in the hallway.
