Our Booking Policies

Clients Expectation

  • Arrive with hair FULLY detangled! 

  • Braid Hair is included in braid services, no crotchet hair is provided!

  • PLEASE do not book after 4:30 pm. If you have questions about available times, please reach out.​

  • Do Deposit go towards my total?
    Yes deposit goes toward total.
  • Can I work via laptop during my appointment?
    Yes, feel free to relax or work. Whatever fits your dynamic needs
  • Can I change my style the day of my appointment?
    No you can not.
  • Do you offer late night or early morning appointments?
    Yes, I offer late night and early morning appointments upon request. Please contactme for differential pricing and scheduling.
  • Do you work weekends?
    Yes I do.
  • Do you have availability today?
    Yes, I do have availability today! However, same day appointments is an additional charge!
  • Do you service kids?
    Yes, 6 year olds & up! Anyone under 6 needs consultation.
  • Do you provide accessories, if so are they extra?
    Yes & Yes! Basic accessories start at $10.
