At Dynamic Hair Vibez, we offer Little Girl Braidz for kids ages 6 to 9 HAIR INCLUDED! Shoulder length for kids. If you desire down your back it’s an adult style. Looking for a cute and low-maintenance hairstyle. Restroom breaks are provided, but please note that we charge for any disruptive behavior during the session. time varies 3 hrs to 4 hrs. BOOK WITH A CLEAR SCHEDULE Our skilled stylists ensure that the braids are not only stylish, but also gentle on the scalp. With a length that reaches the upper back, these braids are the perfect protective style for kids. For a longer-lasting and even more gentle option, consider booking our knotless braids. Say goodbye to the morning hair struggle - these braids typically last 6 to 8 weeks, letting your little one focus on having fun. Accessories are additional $25

👑 KIDS TRADITIONAL BRAIDS POLICY & DESCRIPTION Madam Vibez Hair & Beauty Thank you for booking your child’s appointment with Madam Vibez Hair & Beauty 💛 My goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and quality braiding experience for every child. 👑 SERVICE OVERVIEW Kids Traditional Braids include: Straight backs Individual braids Basic braid styles ✨ Styles are designed to be age-appropriate, neat, and protective ⚠️ PRICING NOTICE (PLEASE READ) ALL PRICES VARY Pricing is based on: Length (base pricing is shoulder length) Thickness/Density Style selected Time required 📌 Hair longer than shoulder length or requiring additional time will result in a price adjustment at the appointment 💆🏽‍♀️ HAIR PREP REQUIREMENTS Hair must be clean, washed, and fully detangled before arrival If not prepared: Light prep needed → 💰 $20 fee added Full wash needed → 💰 $75 same-day wash fee 📞 If you need to add a wash, please contact: 972-842-0021 ⚠️ CHILD READINESS POLICY For the safety and quality of service: Children must be able to sit comfortably and remain reasonably still during the appointment If a child is: Excessively moving Unable to sit through the service Causing delays that extend the appointment time 📌 The service may be: Adjusted Rescheduled Or stopped early 💰 Charges will still apply based on time spent ✨ This ensures a safe and positive experience for both your child and stylist ⏰ APPOINTMENT EXPECTATIONS Please arrive on time and prepared A 15-minute grace period is allowed After 15 minutes, appointment may be canceled or adjusted 🔁 CANCELLATION POLICY More than 24 hours before appointment → No fee Between 24 hours and 12 hours before appointment → 💰 50% of the service price will be charged Less than 12 hours before appointment (same-day cancellation) → 💰 100% of the service price will be charged 🔁 RESCHEDULING POLICY Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment → 💰 $35 rescheduling fee 🚫 NO-SHOW POLICY Failure to show up for the appointment will result in: 💰 100% of the service price being charged 💳 CARD ON FILE A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments.
