01 — Cancellation

A valid card on file is required to book all appointments. Fees are charged automatically.

02 — Rescheduling

Rescheduling Policy

  • →Use your confirmation email to reschedule — every booking confirmation includes a reschedule link. Use that link to move your appointment. Do NOT book a new appointment to reschedule — this creates a double booking on the calendar.
  • $$35 rescheduling fee applies when rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment. There is no fee for rescheduling with more than 24 hours' notice.

If you accidentally book a new appointment instead of using the reschedule link, contact us immediately at 972-842-0021 or dynamichairvibez@gmail.com so we can fix it before a cancellation fee is applied.

03 — Preparing Your Hair

Hair Prep

  • ✓Hair must arrive FULLY detangled — no exceptions. Arriving with tangled or knotted hair will result in service refusal or a detangling fee.
  • ✗No same-day style changes. Your style is confirmed at booking. Changes on the day of your appointment will not be accommodated.
  • ⏱15-minute grace period. We understand life happens. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled, subject to the cancellation policy.

04 — Payment

Payment & Refunds

  • 💳Card on file required to secure every appointment. Payment is collected after your service is completed.
  • ✗No refunds on any services. All sales are final once a service has been performed. If you have concerns about your results, please reach out within 48 hours.
  • 📋Pay Later (Buy Now, Pay Later) must be completed in full at checkout. Partial or in-person payment plans are not accepted.

Do I need to bring my own hair?

Braid and boho hair is included in all knotless and traditional braid services. For crochet, extensions, and quick weaves — bring your own hair.

How do I book?

All appointments are booked online. Click Book Now and select your service — the calendar will show all available slots.

Can I walk in?

Walk-ins are not accepted. All appointments must be booked in advance online.

What if I'm running late?

There is a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may be rescheduled and the cancellation policy applies.

Do you offer consultations?

Yes — free 20-minute consultations are available online or in person. Great for first-time clients or anyone unsure which service is right for them.

  • A Volunteer Request Form must be completed

  • Requests must be submitted at least 1 month in advance

  • Limited availability based on location, schedule, and community impact

  • Services may be offered in-salon or on-site, depending on the event or program

  • This is a donated service—no fees are collected
